Terms of Service

Cura provides custom web design, development, and related creative services as described in a written proposal or order form. Deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined per engagement.

Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may affect timeline and price. We will tell you before we bill you.

Fixed-price packages are billed 50% upfront and 50% on launch unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may pause work and accrue 1.5% per month.

All fees are non-refundable once design work has begun, except as required by law.

On final payment, you own the final design, source code, and content delivered for your project. You receive all credentials and assets at handoff.

Cura retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless we agree otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of background tools, libraries, and methods used to build the project.

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals. Projects stalled for more than 30 days due to lack of client response may be archived and require a restart fee to resume.

You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, all services are provided 'as is' without further warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cura's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement in the prior six months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing for material breach not cured within 14 days. On termination, you pay for work performed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in writing. Disputes will first be addressed in good-faith negotiation before any formal action.
